MIKE TAYLOR

FOUNDER & CEO

With passion and a clear vision in mind, Michael founded Creative Sports Concepts LLC in 1988. His mission was to serve the sports community in a way that nobody else could, by providing top-notch sports flooring solutions that catered to their every need. And man did he come up big in the clutch! Creative has since become a household name, celebrating almost four decades of client-driven success with thousands of court and activation builds under their belt.

Brian Jacob

PARTNER & CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

Brian Jacob is the newest addition to the Creative Sports Concepts team. He has been involved with experiential marketing for eight years and his track record is nothing short of impressive. At his previous position he managed a portfolio of over a dozen high-profile clients in the retail and consumer goods space, including Nike, Jordan Brand, Lacoste, Verizon, and more.

Brian’s strategic approach and leadership skills resulted in more than 20 campaigns with a conversion rate of 50% or higher.

ZIGGY PASTWA

DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION

Ziggy Pastwa is a true master craftsman who hails from a long line of skilled Eastern European artisans. Ziggy’s passion for the world of sports led him to join Creative Sports Concepts in 1997 where he quickly ascended thanks to his unwavering commitment to excellence and attention to the tiniest of details. So whether you’re looking to take your game to the next level or create a truly unforgettable sports event, you can trust Ziggy Pastwa to deliver unparalleled results.

JASON POLASKI

DIRECTOR OF GRAPHIC SERVICES

Jason, with his incredible work ethic, attention to detail, and creative eye, has become a powerhouse in the graphic application world and we’re honored to have him on our team, bringing his passion and expertise to every project we take on. He started as a warehouse worker, but after two years, he joined the sales team and fell in love with vinyl wrapping. Since 2009, he’s been a full-time graphic installer, working on high-profile jobs for Monster Energy, Star Yamaha, Katy Perry (her gold truck!), and even appeared on “Rock My RV” with Bret Michaels.
